Based in Trichy, Thulir Yoga Studio was created with a simple belief — yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of location or schedule. I am a dedicated and highly experienced Yoga Teacher and Therapist, deeply rooted in the philosophy and discipline of authentic yoga. For me, yoga is not just a practice — it is a way of life. I passionately integrate ancient yogic wisdom with modern understanding, seamlessly blending dynamic energy with mindful stillness to create classes that are deeply reflective, transformative, and life-changing.
My teaching is profoundly inspired by the legendary Father of Yoga in Tamil Nadu, Mr. Asana Andiappan (IYA), Chennai. His traditional mastery, discipline, and commitment to preserving authentic yoga continue to shape my approach and strengthen my foundation.
With a clear vision and purpose, I am building a strong yoga presence in Discovery Gardens, Dubai, to serve the community and make genuine, traditional yoga accessible to everyone. My mission is to uplift lives through mindful movement, therapeutic healing, and disciplined practice.
I have trained and empowered many women and children, helping them discover inner strength, flexibility, confidence, and holistic well-being. Through my guidance, students do not just learn postures — they experience transformation.

Premalatha Karthikeyan is a passionate and experienced yoga trainer with over three years of professional teaching experience. She specializes in Hatha yoga, aasanas for weight loss, flexibility training, stress therapy, breathing practices, yoga nidra, pregnancy yoga, and postpartum yoga.
